About Astro Coffee

The coffee served at Astro comes from a rotating cast of roasters they love from around the country. These include, but are not limited to, Ritual Coffee Roasters (SF), George Howell Coffee (Acton, MA), Anthology Coffee (Detroit), Sightglass Coffee Roasters (SF), and Heart Roasters (Portland, OR). They feature a small selection of baked goods and sandwiches made in house, using organic and natural products. Astro Coffee is proud to serve local produce from Brother Nature, ACRE Farms, Singing Tree Garden, Keep Growing Detroit and Grown In Detroit; dairy products from Calder Dairy (Carleton, MI); bread from Zingerman's (Ann Arbor); and chocolate from Marou Faiseurs de Chocolat (Vietnam), François Pralus (Paris) and Askinosie (Springfield, MO). Limited tea offerings include Detroit-based Joseph Wesley Tea.
