(revolver) is a table d'hote (host's table) restaurant offering multi-course prix-fixe dinners in a communal setting. Traditionally, table d'hote services were offered at small guesthouses in France, with travelers sharing a meal and dinner table with the proprietors. They maintain this tradition by providing an intimate dining experience with attentive service. You don't have to sleep over...unless you really want to. The name, (revolver), alludes to their revolving menus and chefs - no guns. (revolver) employs a unique model by working with a revolving cast of guest chefs, often local, occasionally national, always amazing. Since their chefs are responsible for designing, sourcing and preparing the meals, the menu changes with each chef. Each guest chef works closely with local food producers and purveyors to procure freshest of ingredients. Due to seasonality and availability, they are occasionally forced to substitute an ingredient or two. Nothing drastic, and always an upgrade. They have two dinner seatings on select fridays and saturdays, one at 6PM and another at 9PM, with four or five courses each, served approximately over 2 hours. They have limited availability for each seating so it is recommended that you make a reservation, and early!
