They firmly believe that the best food is food that is prepared simply using the best possible ingredients and cooked with love—the same type of food you might find in Italian homes, whether they be here or in Italy. If you don't have an Italian Nonna nearby, they would like to invite you to join them at their family dinner table.

Whenever possible, they use local, organic and sustainable products, including Tails and Trotters pork, St. Helen's beef, Draper Valley chicken, Cascade organics, and Ocean Beauty seafood. They prepare as much as they can from scratch and when they can't, they source the best imported and domestic products.
