A warm, elegant space inspired by European cafes, Giorgio's Restaurant offers sophisticated Northern Italian cuisine with French and Northwest influences. The menu changes daily which reflects the restaurant's emphasis on using only the freshest ingredients and readily available organic foods. Together with executive chef Peter Schuh, Kawas manages a 75 bottle wine list highlighting wines from France, Italy, and Oregon that compliments the restaurant's changing menu.
