Fire on the Mountain not only makes some of the best chicken wings around, they take saving the planet seriously. Here's what they are doing:
They compost A LOT more than they actually throw away. After composting and recycling like honey badgers, they send very little to the landfill.
They serve FREE-RANGE chicken wings that are antibiotic and hormone free. They are grain fed and come from sustainably managed farms- mostly from Northern Cali (they are very happy chickens).
