Whether it is the items they put out on their salad bar, or the herbs that they use in their signature dishes, freshness is of utmost priority for the Windjammer. That however, is only part of the equation as to what makes them "fresh." From butchering their steaks, grinding their beef for burgers or developing unique dinner features daily, they take fresh to the next level. They feel that making things "fresh" to order is what sets us apart from most.
They care about the environment, they support Vermont farms and they use Vermont products. They give back to the Burlington community not only through donations and sponsorships, but by being involved in local organizations that make a difference.
