DISH Cafe and Catering is famous for upscale comfort food, using fresh organic ingredients to create fun, festive, flavorful dishes for dine in, take out, and custom all-occasion catering. DISH creates menus with a seasonal sensibility seeking out the freshest, highest quality ingredients from local and regional producers. Partnering up with farms such as, Creekstone Farms, Niman Ranch, Wood-Fire Roasted Coffee, Watanabe Farm, and the Great Basin Community Food Co-op, they are able to source most of their ingredients from the community around them, supporting and cultivating a natural food landscape in their area.
