Noble Pie Parlor is dedicated to deliver not only the highest quality Local Organic Non GMO produce and meats for their handmade Sausage & Meatballs, but also the best in cured meats and salamis available to them. Specializing in East Coast Style artisan oven fired pizza's by the slice or the whole pie, they make their 8th generation Sicilian dough and 4th generation Brooklyn sauce recipes in house everyday. Noble Pie Parlor uses only the highest quality Boars Head meats for slicing and hand-make their own sausage and meatballs in house. Their produce is always crisp, fresh and sourced locally when it's available to them. In fact, if it is inside their kitchen and makes its way to your table, chances are, it was made from scratch, right down to the ranch dressing.
