Doña Tomás is a special restaurant with a seasonally changing menu, and their love and respect for Mexican food and culture. They strive to present a culinary experience highlighting their favorite dishes from Mexico. They use organic, local produce when available, sustainably raised beef, pork and chicken, authentic items like hard to find dried chiles, huitlacoche, verdalogas and much more. They pride themselves on serving unusual and long forgotten dishes that they have tasted and recreated from their many journeys to Mexico.
