Beurrage
About Beurrage
Beurrage began at the Pilsen Community Market in June 2012, where co-owners Jeffrey Hallenbeck and Isaiah Simpson first sold handmade croissants, European-style breads, and sweet pastries. They now deliver to coffee shops and continue participating in the PCM at the launch of their inaugural Indoor Winter Market. Along the way, they have been dedicated to improving their product lineup through countless hours of toil and through obsessive interest in every aspect of production.
