Since 2005, The Q Shack has been serving Triangle residents and visitors locally sourced, pit smoked BBQ from NC's best family farms and ranches. They have carefully selected a group of farmers who consistently provide ingredients that make their BBQ and vegetable sides unique and delicious. The secret to Q Shack's flavor lies in their 'down-homemade' recipes. Their food is made from scratch everyday and they smoke all of the meats in house in their pit, using local hickory. Community is the heart of their business and they believe in giving back to it. The Q Shack sponsors local schools, athletic teams and causes that help keep our communities safe, healthy and active. They are a locally owned, family run business that serves and promotes local farmers' produce and meats whenever possible and available. The Q Shack is part of the Farmer's Table Restaurant Group.
