Wassail is a cider-focused restaurant and bar at 162 Orchard Street. Its beverage program features an extensive selection of apple-based cocktails, as well as 90+ ciders on draught and by-the-bottle. The seasonal menu highlights the exceptional pairing qualities of cider. Chef Joseph Buenconsejo's modern cuisine features only vegetables and grains, layering multiple flavors and textures to create original and deeply satisfying dishes that are both bright and nourishing. Pastry Chef Rebecca Eichenbaum uses rye sprouted in-house, freshly milled oats, and cider lees in her freshly baked breads.
