About Belle

Owner, Tammy Calaway-Harper remembers from her childhood all the fresh flavors of nature's bounty at harvest time growing up on a farm in rural Ohio. Gardening and preserving was a large part of her daily routine. The concept behind Belle was to bring to the Triangle a dining destination that embraced those memories and ideas. It's their belief that flavors are much more distinct and the impact of those flavors much more potent when food is prepared using fresh and locally grown ingredients. With that in mind, Belle's menu will change seasonally according to the produce and meats that are available to them from local, sustainble farms. It is their goal to produce unique and flavorful entrees while working with local farmer's to ensure prime flavor and unmatched freshness.
