Gingersnap's Organic is a raw food cafe and juice bar serving Kosher, vegan, organic and gluten-free ingredients. Their complete line of raw, fresh pressed juice is 100 percent organic. They sometimes need to substitute organic ingredients out for each other when preferred organic ingredients are not available.

With quick-service as their cornerstone, their team has created a tasty and healthy menu of pre-packaged dishes uniquely suited for grab-and-go, but there are seats in the cafe constructed entirely of sustainably sourced materials. They also have plenty of outlets and chargers for laptops or smartphones, and offer free wifi and extra chargers for smartphones.
