Fajita Republic Cantina is the fresh, new face of Mexican-inspired cuisine. They can't wait for you to see and taste the difference that freshly squeezed lime juice makes in a margarita. When you smell the slowly marinated meats, finished on a flaming fajita skillet you'll know nothing was microwaved. Ever. Veggies come from farms, not from a bag. They soak beans all night, then simmer them all morning, and leave the can opener in the drawer. They've hand selected 101 tequilas for the bar, plus a selection of Michigan and Mexican craft beers that are sure to impress. Fajita Republic is proud to be a Michigan company. Now more than ever, Michigan citizens are striving to support each other. Fajita Republic uses Michigan products whenever possible: from the uniforms on their bodies to the ingredients on the menu, they work to find local products that meet strict standards, blow your mind, and keep it in the Mitten whenever possible. Fajita Republic serves local wines (such as M. Lawrence), spirits (like New Holland), craft beer (including Perrin), and Davis Creek Beef. Last but not least, they proudly serve El Milagro tortillas, among the best in the world, made right here in Grand Rapids.
