In keeping with the spirit of the restaurants of Tuscany that inspired Lucca, the eatery is committed to using only fresh, locally sourced ingredients. In addition to making its own mozzarella, Lucca serves Ohio cheeses from Canal Junction Farmstead and McKenzie Creamery, Ohio raised meats, produce from Breezy Hill Farm in nearby Homeworth and renowned Ohio City Pasta from Ohio City.
