They prepare every item using fresh, all-natural, organic or sustainably-farmed products, whenever possible. They prepare and serve wild seafood whenever possible and when they must serve "farm-raised" fish it is inspected and certified to be from growers using large, free-flow water pens where fish are free to swim about and where they are fed all-natural or organic food, without artificial (usually for color) ingredients and are never given antibiotics and they serve only all-natural, growth hormone and antibiotic free beef, pork and poultry.
