With a seasonally changing menu, chef Jose Cazares is able to utilize local produce, dairy and proteins in a farm-to-table philosophy. From the Mountain View Co-op to Tucumcari cheeses to 4 Daughters Ranch, regional products make their way to your plate. His hope is to collaborate with more and more local farmers to expand the possibilities for everyone involved.
