Joe and Katy Kindred are first and foremost a family that lives in Davidson with their two kids, and they love their town. They have taken their experience from traveling the world and working in fine dining restaurants of all kinds to Davidson to create their own unique perspective on contemporary cuisine of the new South. They let the seasons drive and inspire their weekly menus.

Their seasonal menu of small dishes draw from their diverse experience and tell their story through the lens of the best ingredients available. With a large network of purveyors locally, regionally, and beyond they go to great length to source products with integrity for their food and beverage programs.
