Fichter Farm is an independent, CSA farm utilizing organic principles in the heart of North Eastern Ohio. Their goal is to provide a variety of vegetables, herbs and fruits to a limited number of individuals and families; committing to high quality of product, integrity, and respect for the land.
As a sustainable farm they naturally enrich their soil using site produced compost, aged chicken litter and soil amendments approved by the National Organic Program (NOP). They employ crop rotation and season extension practices. Solar energy powers their irrigation. All products are naturally grown using integrated pest management and safe food handling practices.
