At Local Seasonal Kitchen, Chef Steven Santoro and staff offer an intimate dining experience showcasing sustainable, locally grown produce, meat, and wild seafood. Our philosophy is to allow the calendar, the farmer, and fresh ingredients to create our menu rather than any one ethnic cuisine. Our belief is that food tastes better when prepared in season. Our desire is to leave the planet healthier for future generations by preparing food with these values in mind.
