Winston and his wife, Cristin Dadant, opened Clementine in 2008. They use locally sourced meat and produce to make fun, creative, inventive and, most importantly, delicious food. Nothing is processed and everything is from scratch. With a slew of craft beers, an inexpensive wine list guaranteed to surprise and an emphasis on American small batch distilleries, come to Clementine to restore yourself. They endeavor through thoughtful sourcing, butchering , preparation, and cooking to connect folks to the land and people from which the food came. With craft, care, and respect, they further the honest dignity of farmers and their land, and – along with their friends who enjoy and sup on their work – grow healthier physically, mentally, and spiritually.
