Classical French cuisine that would make Julia Child proud, gracious Victorian accommodations including breakfast en suite, and sensitive service are the hallmarks of this countryside hostelry. In the kitchen, Chef Aaron Wratten balances traditional French preparations with seasonal contemporary Farm To Table creations. Referring to it lightly as "Mid-Century Cuisine," he combines the organic fruits and vegetables from the restaurant's own gardens with locally produced meats, poultry, and cheeses. The Horned Dorset Inn offers public and private dining. The two private dining rooms can accommodate 2-12 guests for tasting menus, wine-paring dinners and other special occasions.
