Five Flags cooks only the freshest local and sustainable food. The Chef-Owner supports the farm-to-table sustainable concept of running a restaurant. All of the food is locally sourced. The beef and chicken is sourced from Black Hog farms in Jacksonville and the produce is gathered daily from local farms as well.

The property of the Fountain of Youth has the most remarkable view of any site in Florida, hosting weddings and private parties nightly. Overlooking the St. Augustine Inlet with the Bridge of Lions in the far background, Five Flags comfortably seats groups as large as several hundred people. There is also a beautiful, newly constructed pavilion to accommodate any in-climate weather.
