Since opening in 2005, Brown Hound Bistro has enjoyed working with an impressive and growing list of Finger Lakes sourced ingredients. They are passionate about ‘local’ because it strengthens the local economy, creates the freshest, most delicious & nutritious dining experience, offers pesticide & chemical free growing and humane treatment of animals, reduces our energy consumption and carbon footprint, the knowledge of who, where and how the products are handled and they enjoy making many wonderful friends in the process!
