About Panzur

Named after Chef/Owner Rei Peraza's grandfather, Panzur is an expression of love and a celebration of life with food, wine and a great cigar. Seasonality is fundamental to the Panzur food experience. One of the main reasons they chose to open their restaurant in the Hudson Valley is because the seasons here are very well defined, creating short bursts of intensely flavored products. They also chose the Hudson Valley because the local farmers are passionate about the quality of their products, just like Chef Peraza feels about his food. He will always choose the best quality ingredients, locally sourced whenever possible.
