The team at Rose's Fine Foods believes that workers should be compensated fairly, beyond simply working for tips. While they will happily accept gratuities for great service and food, please note that all of their employees are paid a living wage, and all tips are split evenly throughout the staff, front and back of house. A portion of our tips are donated to a staff selected, Detroit-based charity each month. The food at Roses's is made from scratch, each day, to enrich the community by using ingredients of the highest caliber, sourced as locally and seasonally as possible. They love their neighbors in the community and around the community, and show this love by sourcing and supporting as close to home as possible.
