Baker Miller is Chicago's first flour mill bakery and restaurant. Owners Dave and Megan Miller enjoy challenging the baked goods status quo by sourcing, milling and baking with non-GMO grains from small farms that are certified Organic. They believe sustainable food is integral to living happy lives and they're excited to make it easier for Chicagoans to access sustainable food.
Baker Miller has a team of experts committed to making farming sustainable by offering support to everyone from grower to end consumer. Their team includes: agronomists, chefs, millers, commodity traders, freight specialists, and sales personnel. Their knowledge and professionalism is reflected in their milled goods.
