Inspired by the Provence region of France, Rue Dumaine has adopted the classic style of French fare and added an American touch utilizing seasonal and local ingredients. They create their daily charcutière plate in-house, resulting in tasty terrines, rillettes, and pâtés. Enjoy a saute of summer mushrooms, shallots, and roasted garlic slivers atop a goat cheese-smeared waffle. Or comfort yourself with a serving of their house made soups or Chardonnay braised beef short ribs. Better yet order up an American Artisan cheese plate and relax into your evening. Rue Dumaine is pleased to be an integral part of the growing farm-to-table community that is taking root in their area, and sources many of their ingredients from farms such as Brickel Creek Organic Farm, Hill Family Farm, Hydro-Growers, Downing Fruit Farm and Hungry Toad Organic Farms, among many others.
