Chago’s Cantina has traditional Mexican and Mexican American fair crossed with dishes from down south that will surprise anyone. All of their beef is locally sourced from grass fed and grass finished cows. They take time each week preparing locally raised whole animals such as pigs and goats for their specials that are forever changing. Every item on this menu is prepared daily in the kitchen.

They are a true neighborhood bar serving great beers, great tequilas and of course great bourbons. As for what you see, all of the décor is brought to you by local antique and consignment stores. Their music ranges from Marvin Gaye and Bob Marley to Daft Punk and Justin Timberlake, so don’t be surprised, it is never the same.
