About Alma

Alma started as a pop-up concept by co-owners Ari Taymor and Ashleigh Parsons, eventually finding its home in downtown Los Angeles in the summer of 2012. Their menu is inspired by the landscape and terroir of Southern California, and the ingredients they use are sourced from local farmers and from Alma’s Flower Avenue garden in Venice, CA. Alma offers a seasonal, 9-course tasting menu for $110, with an optional beverage pairing for $55. An a la carte menu is also offered nightly as well . As with the cuisine, Alma’s beer and wine lists consist of small producers that are farming organically and honing their craft using traditional methods. Their menu changes often, based on what they are growing and what is available to them from local and regional producers. They invite you to join them in exploring the outstanding quality of game and produce that California has to offer.
