The food program at Tigerlily is directed by Executive Chef Joel Lamica, formerly of Bix and Nojo in SF, and more recently Ramen Shop in the East Bay. Chef Lamica’s cuisine focuses on a unique culinary template of market inspired California Cuisine that features produce from their own organic farm in Sonoma County, as well as whole spices sourced from owner Deepak Aggarwal's spice farm network in northern India. The ethos at Tigerlily, what they call Tiger Style, is to embrace the challenge of cooking delicious organic food that uses every ingredient to its full potential, with as little waste as possible. They hope to offer an innovative and inspired menu that pays homage to the historic neighborhood, but in a fun and relaxed environment.
