Solace and the Moonlight Lounge is situated in Pacific Station, a LEED silver certified mixed use project in the heart of downtown Encinitas. Just off of historic Highway 101 and near Moonlight Beach, they bring their creative blend of classic and modern American Cuisine to Coastal North County San Diego. They offer a wide range of items that, for the most part, are sourced locally and responsibly. Chef Matt Gordon realized that an upscale commercial kitchen is a bastion of artificial or overly processed junk. So, in an effort to create a kitchen and menu that is as clean and natural as possible, he replaced those artificial ingredients with real ones, building new recipes and sourcing from local fisherman, producers, creameries, butchers and farmers that practice healthy, often sustainable techniques.
