Claverach Farm is 300 acres of rugged ground in the Ozark hills just twenty miles outside of Saint Louis, Missouri. They have been farming this land using organic and biological methods for eighteen years, selling specialty produce and microgreens to restaurants and at farmers' markets. Today they focus on their true passion: putting delicious, fresh food on people’s plates. They host dinners in their refurbished 100-year-old barn that showcase the vibrant fruits and vegetables coming out of their fields.
