Kyra's Bake Shop was the proud recipient of a sustainability award from Clackamas County in 2015. In an effort to be even more sustainable, they switched to organic milk for all of their cafe drinks, and their kitchen uses free-range chicken and local cage-free eggs. You will also find local honey, Applegate ham and turkey, Willamette Valley Farms fruit and Jacobson Salt finishes in their delicious gluten-free menu items.
