Executive Chef Steven Menter sources local produce and ingredients from New York farms to create vibrant dishes that change with the season. Spring and summer highlights fresh seafood like daily market ceviches and crab tostadas, while the colder weather brings rustic braised lamb shoulder and short rib tacos.
