Gusto's Italian Grill offers a made-to-order menu board where guests can quickly build an order using farm-to-table ingredients. They serve simple, fresh Italian foods crafted with locally-grown, sustainable ingredients, some of which come from their family-run farm, Indian Trails Farm. Their goal is to use local and organic ingredients whenever possible.

Their signature item is the Gusto Piadina, an Italian flatbread filled protein (grilled chicken, marinated steak, meatball, turkey meatball, or Italian pulled pork) and a starch (pasta imported from Italy or Tuscan white beans). Guests also choose from toppings, including locally grown vegetables and fresh made Italian sauces. Complimenting their menu board offering is a fun selection of Italian sodas, Gusto Gelato Pops for desert, and their own scratch-made Gusto Breadstix.
