Steuben's
About Steuben's
Steuben's, Denver, is a restaurant that respects the history of its name and the core ingredients of the American Regional classics they have attempted to recreate. These dishes are America’s cuisine and American’s interpretations of the dishes of our diverse cultural heritage.
Steuben's seeks ingredients that are locally and/or responsibly produced to incorporate into their menu, when possible. Locally sourced products include vegetables and dairy products from the GrowHaus, Prairie Harvest Organics, MouCO, Fruition Farms, and numerous local beer and spirits producers. Local and sustainable products are requested from multiple-source suppliers like Grower’s Organic, Fresh Point, and Seattle Fish Company whenever possible.
