They hand cut their own steaks, they dry-age their own beef, they make their own pasta and they bake all their breads and pastries daily.
Fielding’s Local Food + Bar’s menu is composed of their take on modern, popular comfort foods that guests eat every day. Originating from Fielding’s Wood Grill, Local will continue to focus on “craft” foods, making charcuterie, pasta and breads in an open kitchen, using as little processed foods as possible and cooking over open fires.
