Cardiff Giant, a bar from the Wiley Brothers and managing partner Steven Baird, serves all New York State produced alcohol with a strong focus on beer and cider.

Cardiff Giant offers 20 beers and 20 ciders at all times, both on draft and in bottles. Offerings will rotate based on availability and season and will heavily feature small producers. Multiple pour sizes range from tasting options, small pours, standard pints, and carafes for sharing. There is also a small wine list featuring distinctive New York wines with a sense of place, and a small cocktail list highlighting New York spirits.
